We accept payments via debit card, credit card and PayPal. Bank Transfer and PayNow are also accepted. For this payment method, please complete your payment within 24 hours otherwise your order will be cancelled automatically. Shipping fee will be automatically calculated upon checkout. If you are ordering in bulk, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to get a quotation including delivery charges.
Refunds & Exchange Policies
We do not offer any refunds and exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges for these situations: - Product received is already expired - Product received has manufacturing issues Please reach out to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your orders if you wish to make a return or exchange. You have  seven days to return an order after receiving it. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. Note that delivery fees for returned items will be paid by customer.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders that have already been shipped out may not be cancelled.
